City of Dubuque accepts responsibility for landmark Linwood Cemetery
High up on the bluffs of the Mississippi River, Linwood Cemetery serves as the final resting place of Dubuque's Gilded Age ruling class. Gothic mausoleums and tall obelisks put an exclamation point of art on their existence, intended for eternity.
